Masloski Pest Services is dedicated to service the Saint Croix, Polk, and Pierce County areas for its Residential pest control needs. For over 15 Years in the pest control field, MPS will be able to setup a routine pest management program that will help protect your home. All technicians are Trained and Licensed. They have the knowledge to identify each pest concern and use the right tools to take care of your pest problem. Each technician will be able to identify pest access points and to aid the proper closure.

Documentation

On request customers can receive a Logbook for your record keeping. Each log will have a Scope of Service, Service Reports, Pest Activity Log, License & Insurance, Safety Data Sheets, and Contact Information.

Customer Care

As a customer, pest concerns are not convenient. If you have any pest problems, please call. We will respond on site within 24 hours of service request.

Communication

Before each service, the service technician will ask the point of contact for any pest concerns. Once service has completed, the Technician will communicate any pest concerns, maintenance issues, and any sanitation problems.

Insect Control

Insects

MPS wants to keep and prevent rodent pests out of your home. With every scheduled performed service, MPS will perform a thorough rodent inspection to identify entry points and rodent issues. Applying an Exterior Perimeter Treatment around the foundation and entry points, this will help prevent the insect pests from coming into your home. Interior Treatments will consist in barrier treatments around interior rooms, entry doors, and windows. Depending on the pest, insect baiting may be applied.

Fly Control

Flies

MPS wants to help your home with your fly control needs. Add-on Plans include:

  • Fly Lights: Great for Kitchens and entry areas.

  • Sticky Pheromone Traps: For luring and monitoring dry goods and utility areas.

  • Spray Treatment: Contact spray for quick knock down or Residual spray to keep the flies away for a longer period of time.

  • Baiting: Liquid or Solid baits provides a fast knock down 

  • Drain Treatment: Enzyme cleaner eliminates drain flies from breading sites.

Flea Control

Fleas

Birds are a nuisance when it comes to a business. MPS has many tools and techniques to control and eliminate your Bird problem. MPS will perform a thorough inspection to identify Bird Species and determine the best treatment for your business.

Add-on Treatments Include: 

  • Deterrents: Sound, Spook Devices and Lawn Repellants.

  • Exclusion: Bird Spikes, Electro Track, Hotfoot, Bird Slope, Bird Netting

Rodent Control

Rodents

MPS wants to keep and prevent rodent pests out of your home. With every scheduled performed service, MPS will perform a thorough rodent inspection to identify entry points and rodent issues. MPS will setup Locked Exterior Rodent Control devices to stop rodents from entering your home and Locked Interior Rodent control devices to remove any rodents that have entered your home. For more sensitive areas, MPS will place Rodent Traps to help monitors and catch any rodent issues.

Bedbug Control

Bedbugs

Allow MPS to remove your unwanted bedbugs from Home. Before each treatment, we will thoroughly inspect the structure and provide an estimate of service. Each customer must complete a check list prior to treatment. All technicians have the tools and education to treat all different types of structure scenarios. After initial treatment, there will be additional follow-ups to make sure the Bedbugs are successfully controlled. All services will include a 60-day guarantee after final treatment.

Wildlife Control

Wildlife in your business can cause structural and visual issues. MPS has many tools and techniques to control the Wildlife. MPS will perform a thorough inspection to identify the Wildlife and determine the best treatment for your business.

Add-on Treatment Includes:

  • Animal Trapping: Live Traps and Subterranean Traps.

  • Ground Baiting: Baiting for Subterranean Animals. (Gophers, Moles)

  • Exclusion: Stuffit Mesh or Hardware Cloth for temporary patches to holes.

  • Deterrents: Larvae Treatments, Snake Away, Animal Scent Repellents.
